We ordered a Hawaiian on thin crust. First they made the pizza on thick crust.

Not a huge problem, but they offered to remake it so we said ok. Then they made the Hawaiian without bacon. Bacon is not an add-on for this pizza. It's part of the advertised toppings.

So in 20 minutes, they managed to screw up two times. Of course, we didn't realize we didn't get bacon until we were home and eating. So we paid full price and didn't get the correct order. After complaining, we've heard nothing from them.

Nothing.

They have a slogan about complaints that says, 'Tell us and we'll make it right,' Well, we told them and they just ignored it.
