My family couldnt eat both pizzas were floating in grease, oil or butter we dont know but when I was handed the boxes from the delivery driver you could see the grease through the boxes it was so bad poring out. Bread is so greasy I cant even touch it without my fingers being soaked nobody could eat it it made us all feel very sick. Horrible I will never be ordering again from here . Worst pizza I have never seen her had in my life.

It's be nice to either get my money back for what we paid for and didn't receive. Just remember, many people like ourselves (in this situation) ordered our pizza on the fly from our car on a small iPhone screen while on the road.

Ordered 2 pizzas, large & small for pick up. The employee ( Black Male) pushed them our the window and the tops were not secure. They landed in my lap and all over my seats. He then slammed the window, I asked for napkins, wet towels or anything because the pizza was hot on my skin and leather seats. I was totally ignored for b several minutes. Blew my horn, ring doorbell, knocked on window was ignored. Called the store 5hey said you are blocked. I am holding them liable for my thigh and my car seat.call your Lawyer if you're burned.

My address don't match with app

I've had marcos delivered to my apartment for months but now it says my address can not be found in the system an it's made it difficult to use my coupons or have food delivered from the app

I tried to get a job there and had agreed to a schedule and the manager lied. The food also sucked . The sandwich was cold

If you agree to a schedule is that the schedule ... Or do you lie and then go back on your word about the schedule. The manager has me do this computer training and Im supposed to use my cell phone inside the noisy store. I was supposed to focus it just seemed like a dumb *** operation .

Horrible Service

Over $50 for 2 medium pizzas (not including delivery fees). Website stated estimated delivery time would be 63 minutes. After an hour and a half website stated order was still being made. I called and cancelled order and employee was rude about it and stated driver would be leaving shortly. I told them if driver leaves with my pizza and tries to deliver he would be delivering it for free. Marco's still charged my card and I had to dispute charges to get the charge reversed. I will NEVER order from Marco's again. Its worth the drive to go the Beau Jo's pizza from now on.

Ordering a pizza

I attempted to order a pizza from a location close to where my wife works so she could pick it up after work. I was on hold for over an hour listening to a meßage about how great all their offers are an d just order them. Which is exactly what I was trying to do. However none would pick up. I then took the suggestion to order it online, which I did. Well it when my wife stopped to get the pizza in no order...prior to close to pick up, The I tried to call again,no answer... When my embarrassed wife was their, trying to sort it out, they did answer.YEAH

Poorest quality & diminished taste

I have a Marco's about 8 minutes (on Eastfield Rd. in Huntersville, NC) from my home. It used to be a reliable great place to get good pizza. I just got my cold pizza with tomatoes thrown on after it was cooked with a thick crust which I didn't order and chopped red onion. There was no attempt to cut it. It was $25.69 before tip which was supposed to be a special deal. I will never order from Marco's again and will warn my neighbors. What a shame to turn a good business into one that is obviously not interested in doing a good job. It was one of the worst pizza's I have ever had.

Your employees don't wear gloves and it's unsanitary

As I walk in to get my food the employees are fixing food without gloves , that's a health code violation and y'all gonna lose customer's because of that. I've seen putting cheese on the pizza put his finger in his ear and repeatly put more cheese in on the pizza and no one did anything about so please make them wear gloves.
