Ordered 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, and 2 liters of pop.
Pizza had little to no sauce.
Toppings were not completely done, as if it was a rush job.
Bread was so greasy; I basically only enjoyed the pop. My grandkids were hungry, had school, and were forced to eat it due to timing.

The service was god-awful terrible
They were rude. When I called back up there slammed the phone in my ear. It was terrible and I spent $79 they were god-awful and Im 58 years old. They were terrible to me and I want to refund but dont feel like going up there because they were laughing and giggling all the gas horrible and they also were talking smack amongst each other.
Didnt even know I was standing in the store and the cashier girls said oh Im so sorry. I didnt even know you were in here. I was just looking at them.
They were freaking playing around rude and didnt care about the customer service. Terrible and a manager was god-awful.

I called because I had an order delivered of 2 calzones, pepperoni cheesesticks, and chocolate cinnasquares, and they forgot my white icing for my cinnasquares. The manager that answered the phone got an attitude with me and told me that it would be an hour before they got me my icing, which is ridiculous because by then my food would have been cold.
I couldn’t go get my icing because I don’t have a car, and that would still cause me to eat my food cold. When I said that to her, she told me I didn’t need to get an attitude with her. When I said that I didn’t but I could and that I wanted to speak to a manager, she said she was a manager. I asked her her name because I would contact corporate, and she hung up on me.
She needs to be fired or at least not be a manager unless she can learn to speak to people correctly. This makes the second time I have had a problem with the managers at this store, and it's getting to the point you’re going to lose my business, and everyone I talk to will be told not to order from there because your employees don’t know how to talk to customers and always get orders wrong.

We ordered two meatball bowls from Marco's on Broadview Road in Parma, OH. We have ordered these bowls several times in the past from the same Marco's.
When the bowls arrived, there seemed to be no meatballs and very little sausage in them. There was less food in each dish than I have ever received. We called the store to lodge a complaint and asked for it to be redone, and we would return what we got. We were told, after waiting for them to answer for 15 minutes, that we were wrong and there were meatballs in our bowls.
His exasperated solution was to give us $5.00 off of our next order while saying he didn't care and to go somewhere else! Then he just hung up on me. Mind you, I never raised my voice or even said much of anything; he wouldn't have cared if I tried to speak anyways. I am thinking this is because there is no customer service for Marco's Pizza other than the store we contacted.
This is who we wanted to lodge a complaint about.
I think that a 1.4 customer rating is on the very high side and needs some serious attention from the corporate offices. Me, my family, and anyone I can deter from ever going back to Marco's is what has come out of this experience.

We love Marcos pizza.

My complaint is with their website. I have a problem with it 50 percent of the time.
I will get almost done with an order and it will ask me to create an account.
I reluctantly start creating the account just to order a pizza and realize my order needs to be completely re-entered.
The first time this happened the order was charged to my credit card twice, and Marcis tried to deliver it twice.
After this my local Marcos, to their credit, has started calling me when this happens to make sure I did not actually order the same thing twice.
I have had numerous orders that did the same thing. They would ask me to create an account AFTER all my choices have been made and I thought my order was done.
Usually when we order pizza it is a convenience because we are tired, work hard and need to feed the kids quickly.
When I have to start over I usually go straight to dominoes pizza website and order with zero problems.
I have never ever had a problem ordering from dominoes.
If we like dominoes more I would not take my valuable time to post this long rant.
Marcos should fire everyone involved in their online presence immediately and hire someone ip to the task.
The sales will increase immediately.
Tonight my local Marcis said something pretty significant to me in 2026.
They said, just call your order in and completely avoid the website.

Nothing Happened! Being terminated for telling franchise owner about thefts .
Along with treatment of customers and management screaming obscenities! I really liked Marcos policies! But the Bentonville Arkansas store is not up to any standards.

Need Help with Moms Connect App

Trouble new employee Moms Connect says they sent email to reset my password, but it doesn't show up in my email or spam folder. Tied yesterday evening several times even today many times every time I click on resubmit email to reset password it keeps saying they sent an email to barrys_transport@***.com
But it doesn't show up in email or spam messages. I can't use Moms Commect App until it's corrected.

Quality of pizza is not there anymore

I have been a Marcos customer for years, since they opened the Matlock location. I won't be going back!
I have ordered twice in the last 6 weeks and I have the same issue both times and will not go back!
The pizza used to be really good, full of toppings and cheese. Now I have big puffs on the crust which take up a significant amount of space. The cheese use to go almost to the outside crust not anymore. Lack of cheese and toppings will make this long time customer leave.
The girl that waited on me was very nice but the pizza has really gone down hill.
Shrinkflation appears to have hit Marcos! I am extremely disappointed in the quality of your pizza!

The issue was never resolved
A couple of days ago, we ordered veggie subs with no mushrooms or black olives, and lo and behold, they came with the stuff we specifically said no to. So I called and let them know there was a mistake, and we got a $15 credit.
But then today, I called there to place an order, and they don't have a record of the $15 credit. So I'm thoroughly disappointed.

Marcos delivery driver in Fuquay, NC is one of the worst drivers ever! I had to stop my vehicle to avoid being hit by him going twice the speed limit on a residential street, driving on the wrong side of the road and disputing it to a manager like he was the boss and couldnt be bothered with a very reasonable complaint.
He stated he was having a bad day, and had other complaints but he just didnt care and I should just shut up. Maybe this kid can make decent pizza, but he has no place delivering, dealing with customers or poorly representing your company.

I wanted to try new pizza so I called Marcus probably about a month and a half a day I asked were there any specials they said yes I could get a two tapping extra large pizza for $15.95. I said great and I ordered it and it was delicious and I did this three more times the next three weeks the force I called and ordered the pizza and the guy told me it was gonna be 2195 and I said oh I dont think Im gonna pay that much because it was 1595 the last three weeks instead of him saying oh well that was a special or I can get you that price for this or I cant get you that price because were not doing that anymore.
He just laying the phone down in my face after I said well I dont think Im gonna pay that because Ive been getting it for 1595. He just slammed phone in my face now I havent called Marcus since its been about 2 1/2 weeks since this happened and Ive been so upset thinking I was gonna call or thinking I was gonna call the store or not knowing what to do and today I finally just got yesterday.
Ive never had to find hung up with me in my face because I said I dont think Im gonna pay that much because Ive been paying 1595 no explanation of yes or no no nothing. He just hung the phone up in my face
