Manager told me she would cancel my order even though she was in the wrong. This is not the first time my family has had problems but will be the very last to include suggesting same to all family and friends.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. Rewards points missing were added to my account. Resolve issue.
I have tried several times now to forward my information and receipt by the only method Marcos has to do that. There's no customer service number listed for concerns the only number when googled that comes up is for gift cards. I've never experienced not being able to reach a customer service number for businesses. My email address is kelliejohnson77@***.com, and my phone number is 210 724 ****.
I'd appreciate it if someone would contact me regarding this, and add my 17 points to my account. Thanks in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

We have been ordering pizzas from Marco at Pier Park in Panama City Beach Florida for years ...
And today we ordered a pizza and bread sticks and it was 40.70 absolutely ridiculous..we've never paid that for 1 large pizza and bread before ...got the receipt and was looking and no prices on it for anything ...which is *** to me also ... no customer survey code or anything not even a store number ...YEAH I VERY PISSED OFF !!! and the whole time we were trying to order the young lady could do nothing but laugh at someone beside her ...took forever to get it ordered and then waited for 75 minutes to get here ...It will be our last time ordering from there thats for sure ...

Place an order online for delivery. Pizza came.
Requested garlic butter cup, no pizza sauce cup. Got all pizza sauce, no garlic butter. Driver said there was nothing he could do. I even gave him a 15 dollar cash tip on a 45 dollar order.
Called management. Tried to explain what was wrong. I was told not to talk to her like she was 5, which I was not. She said I could come pick up garlic butter.
Offered 10 dollars credit, which they never honored. Last time we did pick up, the employees were too busy trying to trade pizza with another company, Chinese food that is. Poor management, rude drivers, rude employees. Quality of food is poor.
Pizza is never made right; breadsticks are always overcooked. The store has things that would not pass if health inspectors did a surprise visit, which I should call and report for health violations. Music is always too loud when going in. Try hiring people who want to work and earn a paycheck, other than people who seem to be there only for a paycheck and first do not care about the quality.
The driver did bring me a garlic butter cup, which was very passive-aggressive as he gave us 12 cups. It does not matter if it is delivered or in-store pick up; it's always wrong.

Today, on 03/30/25, I placed an order for delivery at 6:22 PM. The order said it was on the way at 6:45. I called the store an hour after I placed the order (at 7:22 PM), just for them to tell me the order would be there in an additional 30-40 minutes. At this point, I am highly upset and still giving them a chance to deliver it. At 8:22 PM, with no sign of them coming, I had no choice but to ask for a refund. I am highly upset with this store; this is not the first time I've had trouble with this location, but this is absurd. Location and store information:

You have a district manager Keith Elumbaugh and Abby bomsberger so close together that she never gets fired or dismissed for anything other than being there??? Why does this Man Keith talk trash about everything But Abby Bomsberger?
She never gets fired never written up! Runs to Keith Elumbaugh and never listen to No General Manager in Bryant Arkansas location!!!

Preston the GM there just cussed me out for asking him to stop having his people come over to my job and start stuff because I quit he is cutting people's hours that still talk to me he is retaliating against me for quitting and I quit because he cut my hours after I got a second job. I have all the conversations from before I got the second job and everything starting he was ok with it then what he did after I started the second job and I got him admitting he lied to me also.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your location, despite the fact that you do not deliver to our area. I have always enjoyed your excellent food, but unfortunately, this is the second unsatisfactory experience I have encountered.
During a previous visit, I received a salad with brown lettuce, the salad was slimy under the bottom and it was not edible and while the manager generously issued a credit to my account, I hoped for a better experience moving forward.
However, on my most recent visit, I ordered two pizzas, and upon returning home, I discovered that both pizzas were horrendously burnt on the bottom. Instead of a proper crust, there was simply charred dough with little to no cheese. The beef pizza had a few specks of beef. Regrettably, we had to discard the pizzas, and I was left to find an alternative for dinner.
I have pictures that I can forward to illustrate the condition of the pizzas for your review.
As a loyal customer, I find this situation to be very disappointing. It is disheartening to receive such poorly made products, and I cannot help but wonder if your staff would be willing to consume these pizzas themselves.
I hope you will address this matter, as I would like to continue supporting your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
We chose this location outside our delivery area because the food was less than satisfactory and had continued problems. Now having issues at this location!
With all the competition their products and services should be excellent each time. Staff need to take accountability for what they serve their customers.

To whom it may concern,
My name is Severino L. Rodriguez. My complaint is as follows: Improper handling of my order, not getting the pizza I ordered, and also wrong Buffalo Wings order.
My order was supposed to be the Pepperoni Magnífico, I had my order on my phone screen ready to place, but Mr. Autumn said he had just ran-out of the smaller pepperoni, also, offered to place the order at the register and make me a regular pepperoni and would make-up for it with the added regular pepperoni., when and after paying for my order and receiving it I opened the pizza box and noticed they had made me a very bold pizza, lacking pepperonis and I immediately addressed the situation but received a lot of excuses with Mr.
Autumn starting to argue with the lady who made the pizza as she told him that he didnt specify or tell her to put extra pepperoni but then he turns it on me saying that I needed to ask him for extra pepperoni, obviously not remembering what he told me when placing my order., I told Mr. Autumn that he was supposed to make up for the lack of the smaller magnífico pepperoni as he told me, before I authorized the order. He wanted to continue arguing, insisting and I said thats ok, Ill take care his unprofessional attitude latter and left. All the while, not a word about taking care of a simple situation that could have been fixed by just telling me, Sir, I can add some extra pepperoni if you like!
But did not.
When I arrived home and my wife opened the rest of the order, we found the Buffalo Wing order was actually regular wings with a thin string of the hot sauce which we couldnt taste the hot spice. The lack of etiquette (arguing in front of other customers), not admitting wrong doing with an order that is clearly understood, undermines a business structure.
Not in best interest!

Late Delivery issue and poor pizza quality
Pizza was an hour late!
Had been dumped in the box
When we called they said is would be over an hour to get a new pizza delivered. So we told them we would come pick it up.
The new pizza was cold!
And they would not give us back
Our delivery fee or the driver tip!
This happens frequently but we loved Marcos Pizza so kept giving them another chance! We are DONE!
We wont go back.
Trios pizza is closer anyway!
Customer service is impossible to reach. They dont care either!

Your QR Code for free items as advertised does not print on your receipts, your website is a joke, you get looped back to the same initial query, nothing works on "tell marcos"...I may as well "tell toilet", local store is as useless as the website

This evening I ordered 2 medium pizza deal with cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks. The pizzas were terrible.
They cold, overcooked and dry. And the cinnamon sticks were flat , dry, hard and cold. I have never received pizza like this before. Id like a refunded for my pizza and cinnamon sticks.
Please. Also it took forever to make this complaint because the comment card system online does not work, it forced you to look through thousand of your stores to find the one your order from.
Then an error occurs and cannot submit the compliant. Please fix this.

I wouldn’t go to this location - clerk wanted fight over incorrect order, family came had 30 minute telling off from mama bear and another relative, store owner/management will not call and region manager can’t get resolution… Stay away for safety
Unfortunately not even left messages for General on top of trying to go through your service and Marco Corporate communications. Nothing seems to allow any communication thus far.
Went to store was addressed very unprofessionally the clerk was laughing and wanted to fight when I said it is not funny. Then while I was still in the store the clerk's mom entered the store and berated me for 30 minutes at my truck outside the store. She would not stop until I informed her and demonstrated seating in my truck the motions that he made toward me wanting to initiate a fight.
All I wanted was to get a pizza correctly, I didn't accomplish that and nearly ended up in a fight but what took the cake was getting told off by mama bear. Obviously he called his mother - I thought this was a place of business not UFC or Congress.
Delivery issue
It took over an hour to get the pizza. It was destroyed when we got it.
We had to go pick up a pizza.
It was cold due to not baking long enough. Wealso did not get back the delivery fee or the driver tip!

I received my order and, upon opening my pizza, it was very burnt, definitely not edible, and it wasn't what I ordered. I called the store and the manager Maso wasn't willing to give me credit for a future order or have another pizza delivered to me.
The lady who was going back and forth relaying messages between myself and the manager was also of little help.
He told her to tell me to bring the order back and when I explained that I don't have a car to do so, he was still not willing to correct the problem. I will never order from Marco's on Ramsey St in Fayetteville, NC again.
