Disappointed

I like the pizza it's usually very good but on the last couple occasions I ordered an item and it was left behind and today not only was the pie cut terribly and not just odd sizes but not thru and left my sauce behind call and was told they won't send the driver back it was less than 5min after the delivery very unhappy twice in a row and not very apologetic either time

Marco's does not take responsibility in problem

I ordered an XL pizza, thin crust, through Uber Eats. When I received the pizza with regular crust, I am told that there is no this crust for XL. But I was able to order it through Uber Eats. That is a mistake with the menu at Uber Eats -was the answer I received- solve it with Uber Eats. (Uber Eats will not take responsibility) I am not responsible of Marco's menu at Uber Eats, that is Marco's Pizza. I just want my refund! Alexis Mendez

DELIVERY NO LONGER AVAILABLE

I live out at Green Cove Villas in Oak Harbor,Ohio. About a month ago, the store in Oak Harbor,Ohio stopped delivering out here to me. I am not happy! I've lived here for 15 years,and we've always had delivery here. This is a big resort area in the summer.There are many people in villas,condos,campgrounds,and on charter boats. WHAT A DUMB TIME TO STOP DELIVERY OUT HERE! YOUR drivers are even complaining about making less money by no delivery out here. Please consider delivery out here again. You are losing a lot of money out here,especially in the summer time. Thank you, SUZETTE BENSCH

Today I set a order for delivery to Suburban Hotel in Huntsville, Al Store 8087. Very upset lover of marcos

Poor food Quilty missing items

I placed a order at Marcos pizza #1199 at 6:43 pm in Cincinnati ohio my order was Wong I didn't receive the correct pizza my drink was missing I would like to 20oz pespsi and my large pep and sausage pizza I recived a cheese that tasted like old cardboard

Service sucks and your website is *** ridiculous when someone wants to complain. Make it easier for negative comments not harder. Pull your head out of your *** I just want to talk to a human being.

Refund needed

I placed an order on 7/9/21 and my card was charged several times. I was assured by the manager that nothing came through on her end and that my card would not be charged. I ended up paying with cash since there was a glitch on the website at the time paying with a card. I need the 3 charges refunded ASAP. I have screenshots if you need proof. Thank you. Pizza was a mess in the box

We got our Pizza and all the topping were all over the box and not on the crust. I paid $20 cash. And I called the store once we opened the box. The manager on duty told us hed issue us a credit on my acct for the mistake. I called the next day to redeem my credit of $20. And Hannah said their was no record of the credit. She had to find out. Saying shes give me 50% off. I was like no I was issued a refund for last night and given a credit. She seemed annoyed at me that her staff didnt enter it in the system. I just want my $20 back.

Since you did not return the pizza you are not entitled to a refund. It is a shame that you have to lie to get free food. If you want your $20 back return the "uneaten" pizza

You are not entitled to a ten percent discount on your next visit. If you cannot afford to pay what they charge do not go there.

Also using the word damn. Do you kiss your daughter with your filthy mouth? If your daughter loves Marco's and you refuse to go there over something so stupid, you obviously do not love her. IF this is her favorite place and you won't be back because of something so dumb, you obviously do not love your daughter.

I agree if they are short handed apply for a job there. That way you can afford to pay full price rather than ask for a ten percent discount.

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AT MARCO'S PIZZA IN BURLINGTON, NC

Marco's Pizza in Burlington, North Carolina, has employees eating food while they work. When I witnessed an employee eating pizza while handling people's orders, working the phones, accepting payments, etc., none of the other employees seemed to be concerned. What other unsanitary practices are going on in this company? BOYCOTT MARCO'S!

He came in trying to hook up with this girl. He us 24. She is 14.

He has a history of trying to hook up with minors. The police confirmed that.
