Saturday Aug 28th approximately 7:30 pm

I ordered a pizza last night and it came damaged... The top of the box was crushed and STUCK to the pizza.

I called and Nene the manager on duty offered to remake it for delivery last night OR give me a credit for the pizza. I called today to get the pizza... And your NASTY MAKE GM told me no! I had to PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT.

He was EXTREMELY RUDE... and I heard him say "Jesus Christ!" under his breath. He told me "I don't care... Take it or leave it".

And when I asked if I could leave a message for the owner he said "The owner is TOO BUSY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU! I'M THE GM." As often as I buy from you? You'll never see another DIME.

So... Is this how your company treats customers?

Or just the African-American ones? I want to know.

User's recommendation: Don't order from Marcos Pizza in South Euclid Ohio!

Monetary Loss: $17.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Marcos Pizza Pros: Cheap decent pizza.

Marcos Pizza Cons: Nasty, Gm who swears at customers.
