Calling to order was where it all went wrong. The manager is who took my order and she was very unprofessional and very rude.

I called back to let her know I wanted to pay for my order with my card because I was hung up on. She told me that she couldnt do it because the order was already out. I called to find out where the delivery driver was and she was also very rude about helping to figure that out. I asked to speak to a manager, when she said she was the manager I was utterly disgusted by how she handles customer service.

The delivery driver was very nice gentleman and assured me that the manager had been acting that way since she started 2 days ago. I had a trust in Marcos because of the food and customer service. The new manager there has ruined the customer service part for me.

I hope she does not ruin further business with that horrible attitude of hers. Thank you to the delivery driver for apologizing and making the experience a bit better.
