I placed a order about a month ago at the indianapolis in location on pendleton pike.After the pizza was delivered i noticed that it was left in the oven to long and the bottom of it was burnt!
The very next morning i called to complaint but i was placed on hold and the call was never retrieved. A week later a called and spoke with the same guy who hung up on me today! he was very rude and disrespectful!. Today i called back to have to order replaced but the same supervisor who goes by the name of fred got on the phone and before i could explain as of why i took so long he begins to be once again disrespectful and hangs up in my ear before i can get a word out!.
I dont care how long its been, i dont care if i ordered something a year ago. If i wasnt satisfied and i paid my money i want it replaced. You have a grown man over the phone disrespecting a woman and hanging up on her and hes suppose to be the manager?. I cant believe you guys have this person whose obviously miserable and dislikes his job walking for your company!.
This is not the first time me or a family memeber has ordered and this same guy was disrespectful!.Something needs to be done about him asap
