We ordered the pizza about 8:10 and they were suppose to bring it to the car, but it was 8:50 before we recognized the pizza was not brought out. We went in and got the pizza and the young man up front stated he forgot,and the pizza was under the light. When we got home the pizza was not cut the way requested in squares ,and it was no white sauce just cheese and meat. We do have pictures also.

Marcos Pizza - Denied service
On Saturday, August 29, 2020, I was refused service. There were 5 staff, none were wearing face masks. When I asked for a table for my family of 4 there was one other table occupied with two customers. I was notified that I could not be seated because they had another large group of 8-9 people that called ahead and were on their way. The manager on duty, Hannah stated they could only have 10 people in the dining room (even though that would exceed the 10 person rule she sighted). She told me she did not give out the man or number of the store manager.

Poor quality pizza

10/22/2020 my wife's b'day. Had 2 couples over for drinks and pizza. Ordered 2 medium specialty pizza. 1 -all meat, 1-white cheezy. Picked them up, got home and getting ready to eat them, both were so greasy we had to get paper towels to soak up the grease. Tried to cut slices apart with a pizza cutter, dough was so saturated with grease had to get scissors to cut them apart. There was more bacon bits on the white cheezy pizza that on the all meat one. Even the cardboard boxes had grease soaked in all over, 1 couple did not eat any, and the other couple just took one bit from the pizza. Store #1134, reference # 175562****. We may not get Marco's pizza anymore.

I never received a response from Marco's Pizza. Manager threatened to not deliver literally "across the street" because I did not tip the driver. This is my first time ordering and she being forceful about saying that he "spent his gas" to deliver. I am very disgusted with the elevated voice and disgruntled employee from Marco's Pizza.

I ordered 2 pizza bowls and some cinnamon sticks at 4:35pm and the dude said 45min to 1hour and I didnt receive my food till 6:35pm and I called about 10 times and the dude kept me on hold then hung up on me. Now when the food get here its cold and had onion paper in both bowls and I have pictures and I need to talk to someone immediately. Thank You Nate

Hi,

Im keena Ricks and I will be reporting your store. I placed various orders from yall and its always an issue from the wrong pizza to the drivers delivering pizzas with cheese slid to one side to now the driver just leaving the pizza on my door when I didnt hear the knock.

I went to feed the kids pizza after it being just left on my step and it was full of ants. My kids have been waiting to eat for a full hour until I opened the door to see if he was finally approaching to find my pizza on the ground. I called and one of the representatives here (who would not disclose any names of the team) said that I ordered online in the past and the online order was no contact so they assumed they can do that, Im not really sure how they can think that when I have made a few orders after that was not done online (as this order) and the driver handed me the pizza. Today Is Friday 09/18/2020 at 3:05pm.

I dont know whos on shift because they wouldnt tell names but he told me the store number is 8021 if I needed to report it. Thanks!

Pizza order

My wife ordered one pepperoni pizza which was great and one ground beef pizza but the problem was that there was no ground beef just crumbs and hard pieces of something.called the restaurant and was told that someone would call back right before they close.this is unacceptable to me.receipt number tc 5487AB4114F767D03 $17.01

Poor quality pizza

Several weeks ago we got a wonderful pizza at this same location. Today I ordered a pepperoni with mushrooms and onions. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I live at 220 Carper Lane in Barboursville, wv 25504 and the ride to the nearest Marcos is not that far away. The first pizza we ordered was delivered from the same location, and it was hotter than the one I just drove to pick up. The mushrooms on top were cold and the crust was not as crisp on the thin and crispy crust. This last pizza was made ahead, the extras added and then reheated. I am upset because a quality pizza was ruined! I dont want coupons for more pizza. Im done! Just letting you know, and I did call and tell them my pizza was cold.

My Marco's is on Brawley in Mooresville NC. I tried numerous times to order online for carry-out, and for more than 30 minutes, your pathetic website timed out after 15 (fifteen seconds - or less!!!!) Pathetic. So, while the Brawley/Mooresville location has awesome staff, they didn't get any of my money today - thanks to your shit-for-brains inoperable website. I'm getting ready to order from Pizza Hut which is far less expensive anyway. Losers y'all are.

I ordered LG pepperoni online around 6pm using my $4 off coupon. After leaving Little Cesar's because they had a 2-hour wait. Pulled to the pickup window at Marcos to pay for my pizza around 6:14. I only had a $10 roll of quarters, the girl at the window said her manager said she can't take them. I say why, this all I have. Then another guy come to the window and says my manager said we can't take quarters. I say, there is no sign stating that so you can. And this is all I have to pay for my pizza. Now my hungry 15 year old daughter is getting disappointed and embarrassed.Then another guy comes up and say Ma'am we don't have time to count no quarters. So I'm like, why?! I said ok then, I will count them out to you. $8.45. He tells me it will be ready in 10, maybe 15 mins. And will I park so other people can come to the window. I said ok. I go back to the window at 6:50pm and the girl looks at my receipt to retrieve my order and comes back to tell me that they didn't put my pizza in the oven! I asked for a refund because At this point I'm LIVID! I'VE WAISTED ALMOST AN HOUR WAITING AND STILL NO PIZZA! I FEEL LIKE THAT WAS INTENTIONAL AND I WAS HUMILIATED AND TREATED LIKE I WAS NOT OF VALUE! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MARCOS TO ANYONE!

I placed an order at 6:17 was supposed to receive it by 7 called the local store to check on it at 7:22 and was told it had been sitting under the warmer I refused the order asked for management was told management was on delivery spoke with management about a refund attempted to call the general manager or owner it is now 7:50 my time and I am still without food after being charged for it and still have not spoke with the general manager about why the customer drive has been hard to deal with. I will never order from here again

On last Saturday I placed an order at The Berwick location in Savannah ga. Only to find when I got there my order was not ready in20 mins as promised and it was wrong when It was ready. So i had to wait an additional 5 mins for them to fix it. This was highly unacceptable. I really wanted my money back but it was so late that I didnt want to spend more time trying to find something else to eat. Not to mention that the pizzas were cold.

I have a complaint

I went into your Claremont restaurant today the first of December.I was there asking for her to go menu He informed me that he did not have any.He was more concerned if I was wearing a mask or not. Seems that I was wanting to go menu I wasn't planning on staying at the restaurant anyway.

He was a little to no help No I didn't get his name furthermore I tried to go on your website to find the prices. Still couldn't find the prices on your website so I called your customer service office. Straight to voicemail I'm pretty sure this email will yield no response. Very upset with the way that I was treated today.So far and I haven't even eaten at your establishment but I don't have anything good to say about it at this point.
