Hi. I am a regular Marcos customer and tonight, I placed an order for several items including a steak and cheese sub that was on your menu.
I was in absolute shock when I received the sub. I picked up the bag which had hardly any weight to it. When I opened the wrapper, I could not believe the size of the sandwich. It was the smallest sandwich I have ever seen in my life.
I paid $8.24 for it. It was meant to be my dinner, not a small snack. It was very narrow and barely came close to 6 inches. There were no other sizes to choose from so I expected it to be large enough for a meal.
I weighed it and it came to under 8 oz. I cannot believe Marco's is selling something of this size.
I will never purchase this item again and I will be sure to let friends and family know not to either. Absolutely unbelievable.

I tried to order online so I could just pick up but the coupon wouldnt attach. I called the particular location and the young man who answered the phone told me that Id have to come in because he couldnt recognize the coupon code.
I went in and he still couldnt figure out how to use the coupon so he called over a manager. I asked for a pizza a bit well done, and when they brought it out, it was just sauce, dough and vegetables, it looked awful. Back in the oven it went and she brought it out again and it still wasnt done. I normally go to Hungry Howies and they dont have that problem, its always done the way I want it.
The manager copped an attitude, and I almost wanted to tell her that I didnt need it. Finally, the pizza came out the way I wanted to after 20 more minutes, I was probably there for about a good 45 minutes.
Unbelievably unprofessional and rude!! I work in customer service too, but this was a complete and utter failure.

My issue with this Marcos at 5621 Atlantic ave in Raleigh coming from chapel hill my complaint is about the smell of pot and vape sales from their workers in that store. We witness me and my husband late night after 10pm purchased food waited more than 30 min after watching your workers talk about pot and vape purchases in and out of there cars which look like too us maybe from tobacco stores dangling narcotics in book bags,Who wants to be served by people in hoodies never again will I drive pass their or buy any food in that area again I'm going to complaint to other Corp officials if I must.It needs to be some sort of bag checks in and out to see who the bad apples are to make things better. I will never recommend Marco's again.

I ordered pizza this evening at 6:06. My delivery time was 6:36, at 6:58 I called the store to see if my order had been sent out yet, after a few minutes on hold, they told me that my order was still sitting in the store, and it was going to be at least 30 minutes before they could send it out.
I told them not to send it and I would just come pick it up myself. When I walked in, I was very obviously annoyed and told them that I wanted a refund for the delivery fee and the tip as I was coming to pick it up myself, the gentleman tried several times to contact the manager, Iggy, and said they hadnt been able to reach him at all since he left an hour prior. A female Hispanic girl that was putting pizzas in boxes rolled her eyes, gave me a very dirty look and then pressed the button on the headset she was wearing, looked over at her coworker (a tall African American man), and they both just glared at me as to intimidate me I guess.
She continued to roll her eyes, started slamming boxes shut and then walked over to this other employee, where they continued to talk about me as they kept turning around and staring. With employees like that, I wouldnt expect to be in business too much longer!

I placed an order online for one of the specials and when I went to pick up my order an hour and half later, I was charged for just two pizzas at regular price. The manager came and shared the website was having glitches, which I didn't know and give me the special, and he refused to honor the online that gave me 2 medium pizzas, crazy bread & 2-litter drink for $24.99.
I paid $27.95 for just two medium pizzas. I just wanted the crazy bread & drink with no money back, and he got really nasty and refused to just add the crazy bread & drink. He stated I would have to pay extra for them, or he'll just refund my money.
I won't be going back to that location. The manager was the problem!

I ordered a pizza through my marcos app at 8:50,my estimated time for delivery was 9:20. I called the store at 9:42 in regards to my order,and I spoke to a rude "shift lead" by the name of Julian, i explained to Julian that a courtesy phone call would of been nice,if the order was going to be almost 30 minutes late,he proceeded to say that he was busy and that he was the only one here,again a call would of been nice.
FAST FORWARD. 9:45 my pizza arrives and is placed on the ground AND it was not hot or warm at all,nor did I ask for contactless delivery.. I then went to the store ,and I was approached by Andre ,and another associate,I explained whT happened and that I wanted a refund,Andre asked if I wanted the order remade ,of course I dont.. The other associate tells me that he was the only delivery driver and that door dash delivered my order.WHY if i wanted to use door dash i would of,but I DIDN'T I specifically order through the marcos app..
I DONT LIKE DOOR DASH.Then to add fuel to the flames,he then tells my husband that he "should " get his money back in 3-5 days,or come bqck to the store.. Worst customer I have ever had,will not be returning to this location.

We ordered the special they had going on 9/16/23 for two pizzas. Paid to have food delivered.
Once food got here we only received one pizza. Called store and was told if I wanted my other pizza to drive to the store because they wasnt going deliver it even though I paid for a delivery fee. Told the man on phone Ill just return the pizza I have and wanted my money back. Took it back too store and the same guy I talked to on phone proceeds to send money back to my card.
Said I should receive it back on card in 2-3 days. Waited over a week and still nothing. Called my bank to dispute it and my bank asked me to wait several more days before I do. So I waited several more days still nothing was in my account so they disputed the charge and I got my money back.
Today 12/18/23 Marcos had it reversed and got the money back again. From what I just received from my bank theyre saying that the people at the store disputed it, and said that I never gave any food back.
This is a lie. Will never order from Marcos again.

Did NOT get my refund
I ordered two pizzas accidentally at the wrong Marcos & the correct Marcos was so kind to cook new pizzas & called the other store to cancel the order & get a refund on a Friday night. I waited for the refund to go through then went to the store & it closed down on Sunday, although, the owner is opening a new store, but was not available.
I am asking for my 26.00 refund. I paid twice for two pizzas. I do appreciate the store that remade my pizzas & attempted to make things right. I would appreciate a refund.

On Tuesday, January 2, 2024 I purchased two medium pizzas from Marco's Pizza, 735 Shamrock Blvd, Venice, Florida, Store #8139. Telephone is 941-493-****.
I tried to order the pizza online, but the site wouldn't let me place the order.
I was unable to get past the first screen to complete the order. I was trying to take advantage of the 2-medium pizza special: Buy one, get the second free. Due to frustration, I decided to call the order in to our local store.
I called Marco's and placed my order for one (1) medium pizza with just green peppers, and one (1) medium pizza with green peppers and onions. I asked about the BOGO deal advertised online as $6.99 for a medium pizza.
The lady corrected me by saying the BOGO deal was $7.99, not the $6.99. I ended up ordering just the 2 pizzas. The pizza arrive exactly on time at 6:00 PM and I tipped the driver.
When I finally looked at the bill, I was shocked to find that two medium pizzas cost me $32.22!!! What ever happened to my BOGO offer?
I definitely would not have ordered the pizza if I had known the cost would be so high!
I contacted Marco's and spoke to a young girl (I think her name was Lexie) about the price. She was very pleasant trying to explain to me that the BOGO offer for the pizza is only when the order is placed online. If the order is called in, the BOGO special is not valid. I did not know that.
My main complaint is your deceptive advertising.
You advertise the BOGO deal, yet there is an exception to it when ordering by phone. You did not inform me of that. That is not right! Your advertising misled me and I got stuck paying a ridiculous price for two pizzas.
Going forward I would like some kind of refund or discount on my next order.
I also would like to see you inform everyone that either your specials are online only, or the specials apply to all orders. Would you also please tweak the Marco's site so I can properly order online and not have to call in.
You have a great product and service, but your policy needs to be clearer.

Could not order on the app so I called. They couldnt find the coupon and told me that I had to come in to use it, im already annoyed that I cant do it online.
I get to the station and the young man couldnt add the coupon even on the register so we had to call a manager to do it. I ordered a slightly well-done pizza and it was dough with sauce and vegetables on it when they brought it to me like, WTF?? The snotty little manager redid it, and again it it came out not the way I asked for. I asked for it just well done which she did but it took an extra 20 minutes.
Her attitude was awful for being a manager and it took me everything I had not to tell her that to her face. I work in retail too, but the service there was just *** poor, the only good thing is my pizza when it was finally done the way I asked in the first place

I purchased 2 Philly cheese steak subs On Sat. Around 9 oclock they didnt put cheese on them so I called to tell them they were going to replace them but they were closing at the time .
So I said I would get it done the next day . But when I did they said that I already picked them up I said that they were mistaken but they said I did . I never went back up there at all and for them to say I did is an outrage. They were very disrespectful!!!
I would like an apology for there mistake because I know there cameras will tell a different story .
I have been a loyal customer for a long time but now I think I will have to go somewhere else. This is an outrage I believe someone job should be on the line for them saying pretty much that I am a liar!!!

I live in Findlay, Ohio so when I travel I will always look for Marcos pizza its great Pizza and it supports Local business. Having said this I have experienced probably the worst service at a Marcos in Grapevine Texas.
I received the wrong order and when I called to get it resolved the employee answered and was audibly in tears stating she was the only one there. I sure this is a franchised facility however as a corporation you should know how this is affecting your brand.
I now have reservations ordering from Marco's even from my local store due to this poor experience. I was not able to get my order replaced and ended up going to Domino's to get my dinner for that evening.
