Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I was told that my Pizza was sitting under the heat lamps for 15 minutes and she didnt know when the delivery driver would arrive to pick it up. I was told that it would be another hour before my Pizza would arrived to me. I asked to speak with a manager. The employee on the phone stated that she was the manager.
She was extremely rude. She had no Interest in resolving my situation. I asked about my refund because I had paid in advance with my credit card and she stated that it should be refunded sometime at the end of the business day.
She kept repeatedly saying do you just want me to cancel your pizza. When I asked for the corporate phone number, she hung up the phone.

User's recommendation: I don't recommend because I ordered a pizza for guest on new year's day, and the pizza never came. However I was charged for it. When I went to the restaurant to get a refund, I was told I had to speak with a female manager who wasn't there at that time.Went back up there and called several times, and the lady was never there. It's almost 2 months later, and my money still has not been refunded

On 11/14/23, I ordered a Cheese pizza for My Grandson and I online at what was SUPPOSEDLY the Marco's at STONE STATION location, in Robuck, SC. I was INTERROGATED as if I were a Criminal, trying to steal a $10 pizza!
The young white female, asked me the SAME QUESTIONS at LEAST 5 TIMES,then a then, a thin young black boy tried to INTERROGATE Me, and informed Me that there was NO order, DESPITE MY having a Code to IDENTIFY My order! I requested a MANAGER, and the boy did everything, but present a MANAGER as REQUESTED! He called a MARCOS in Boiling Springs, who according to the boy, had My order. When I placed My order online, I saw the Stone Station location, but I'm not sure how My order proceeded to the Boiling Springs location, but the WAY I WAS TREATED WAS DISRESPECTFUL!
A white male, approximately in his mid-late 30's, told ANOTHER worker, NOT to make Me a Pizza. I was TOLD by the boy to call the Manager at the Boiling Springs, SC location. He advised Me that My Order was there, and that he would make another pizza for Me. I WILL NEVER return to the Stone Station "Playground" again!
Yes, after being Treated like this, I blessed them out! If it would have been an error on My part, I wouldn't have a problem, but the ARGUING with Me, when I presented proof, showed where I PAID, and a WILLINGNESS to help Me figure out the error would have SALVAGE a POSITIVE rapport. The Manager of Boiling Springs, SC location, William Kelly was THE ONE WHO ASSISTED METOTHEBEST OF HIS ABILITY.

I have had an issue for over a year with your web site. First off.
I don't know who the genius is that came up with the idea of having to replace you password every 30 days if you haven't logged in. And second. who ever is in charge of your IT department needs to be re-evaluated. I have been attempting to use the password reset but it DOES NOT WORK!
I have never gotten anything in my email like I am suppose to and IT IS NOT IN THE SPAM EITHER!
I have reported this several times to my local Marco's as well.
I understand that they have no way of fixing it. But you should at least give them a way to report it to you at least.

I ordered 2 large grilled chicken florentines with no red onions, add bacon, and extra cheese with the parm crust topper. Almost evwrything was wrong.
It was like they just made normal florentines and left it at that. When i went back to complain. Mind you i live almost 8 miles from the store. He basically said i didnt order them special and told me he wouldnt replace my order even though i took the messed up ones back.
I told him i was going to call and make a complaint, he said go ahead it wont make a difference. I just want my pizzas replaced, i wasted money and couldnt even eat what i got. This is ridiculous.
It was a bigger guy, i didnt get a name. Ive never had a problem there before and i dont know what the deal is, i dont know if he was having a bad night or what.

I applied a 2 toppings pizza w/ cheesy bread coupon to an online order. The online order took the 2 topping pizza but did not apply the cheese bread.
I was deliver the pizza and no cheese bread. My kids was still hungry due to the inconvenience. I called the manager and she said she could not do anything bc it was already cashed out. She then left me on hold for over 20 mins.
I then asked for a number to make a complaint and she gave the website instead of the number. I only order Marcos because of the pizza and cheese bread special. I was very disappointed in the service. I was also very upset I paid almost the same price I would have paid with the cheese bread.
It was a .54 cents difference when I did the calculations. I did not notice it did not take until food was delivered. I even offered to pick up the cheese bread and pay the difference. The website took my order and started over again.
I knew it took when the tracking info came through. However, I did not know the coupon didnt take bc the price was almost the same. My total was $22.98.
I didnt receive a receipt either . Horrible experience

Cold pizza.
Terrible salad!!! I paid for Italian dressing and got nothing!!
Croutons in the salad were very soggy.
Cheese was sour, very old wilted vegetables. This salad went from the store refrigerator to the trash can here!!!
The pizza gave me an upset stomach...I never expected this from Marco's and have always been a good customer for a long time. Driver stated all new staff. Well this is terrible.
I always tip the driver. I never received any crazy bread from past orders.
I never had a salad that I paid for and threw out because it was expired rotten. I'm highly disappointed for the $40.00

I live in charlotte and have been repeatedly ordering from the university location. For some reason the location information was changed to Cornelius, which I have not been to, when I placed the order.
I'm unable to pick up the order and called minutes after placing the order, but the owner is refusing to give me a refund. He literally had the manager place me on hold for at least 7 minutes, allowed the food to finish cooking, so he could come on the line and say " oh sorry the food is coming out of the oven so we cant." Excuse me? I had just places the order before calling so its not like i waited 15 minutes. it was literally a few minutes after placing it.
I posted on google review with pictures of times as proof. Ridiculous.
Im requesting a refund from the corporation for this order since there is no way I can pick up and would be a waste. i will go everywhere i have to in order to get this matter and the owner addressed!
