Marcos Pizza - Tried to add 2 dollars to my order, calling it a "tip"
Last week I ordered from my local Marco's. I ordered a 12" steak and cheese Bruno (or whatever they call it),cheesy bread and a 2-liter.
I used their promo code to get three dollars off my total online order, which was $20+,so I ended up being charged $17.78. When I looked at my bank statement yesterday,I saw that they had charged me $19.78,not 17. I got in touch with them and asked why. One of their district managers left me a voicemail, saying it was a tip I had allegedly signed on the sales slip when it was delivered.
I told them I had done no such thing. The manager emailed me a copy of the sales slip I had signed at the time. Where it says "Tip",someone had clearly written in $2.00. I'm old enough to know my own handwriting and this clearly was not written the way I would have.
They still say I authorized the tip,but I know better.
Well, this has been a wake up call. It will be a cold day in *** before I ever order from them again.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Maybe the driver was angry because people kept stiffing them on tips. So they took matters into their own hands and wrote in a $2 tip for themselves and signed your name. Maybe they feel that you should have given them a tip, because it would have been the decent thing to do, and so they felt like they weren't doing anything wrong by doing what they did.
so here's a question why are they asking for a tip online if I'm driving to their location for pickup? What is the tip for?
Doing their job? Not spitting on the food?
I'm sure it will be a relief to the delivery drivers knowing that you will not be ordering delivery anymore. I would be mad as *** if I used my car, gas and time to deliver food to an ungrateful cheapskate.
I suspect you paid with a debit card. Bad move, using a debit card for anything.
If you use a credit card, you could dispute the charge---if nothing else, the business is charged a (usually)$25 dispute fee by the card issuer because a customer disputes a charge. You might wish to stop relying on that debit card, mate.
